Salesianos Ntra. Sra. del Pilar is a vocational training institution. It trains its students in the fields of mechanics,
electronics, electricity, telecomunication and computer. It provides for both initial vocational training and continuous training to employed and unemployed people.
Our main objective for this Lifelong Learning Programme is to promote and contribute to the integration of the collective of young people in the realization of practices in companies settle in the EU member states as well as the ensure the quality of the learning.

Other actions are:
1.Encouraging students to participate in the Erasmus program to achieve the objective of at least two students in each specialty for the 2011.
2.Improving knowledge of a second language, deep into the technical language
3.Engage with the obligations arising from the quality of the activities such as the academic recognition and facilitate the search of companies and accommodations.

The Erasmus University Charter and the Erasmus Policy Statement will be published on our web site together with the school ‘s vision, mission and values. The activities carried out within the Erasmus program every year will be broadcasted information campaigns, will be placed information posters and will be published on our web.

To fulfil the objectives of non-discrimination:
1.The Centre is committed to promoting equality between men and women, since according to the regulation of the Centre all students have the same rights.
2.There are enrolled students of assorted countries and there is a total integration among them.
3.There have been accesses to the school free of architectural barriers.
4.If there are students who deserve a grant but there are economic difficulties, the parents association provides economic support.

To ensure high quality in student placements will be created a Coordination Committee of the Erasmus program; it will be comprised by a Project Coordinator, a professor assigned to the team of employment guidance and several tutors of training. The coordination Committee will realize a follow-up and periodic evaluation of the activities, will informs and advise the students, will facilitate the search of companies and accommodations, and it will choose the students engaged in the project.
Selected students will receive supplementary classes of foreign language, socio-cultural information of the country of destination and make them aware about the behaviour to comply in the new working environment.
It will be drawn up an agreement of training with the partner company, taking into account the modules that the students have studied and the tasks, skills and training they are expected to carry out int the company during the training period. It will be enclosed a CV and a letter of intent.
The partner company will have to receive this information at least two months before the deployment.
The partner company will appoint a tutor who performs the monitoring and evaluation of the student. Also the tutor of training allocated in the Committee will follow fortnightly through a web platform where the student will enter the activities while maintaining a fluid communication with both, the tutor allocated in company and the student.

The practices to make by the students in foreign companies are recognized as those made in Spain, but also will be accompanied by documents of European recognition: ETC, Document of Mobility Europass, Diploma Supplement.
